First we want to get to know one another. We will sit down and learn about you. We’ll examine your existing ideas, strategies, and details. We’ll challenge you along the way, provide our input, and help you fully define your self. We will then introduce ourselves to you and you can learn anything you want about us.
From there we will start wireframing (or sketching) the page flow, user interactions, and the general layout for your project. Next is storycarding, which is key to your project staying on track and on budget.
We will use your wireframes as a guide to explain each interaction into a story that we can use to estimate, track, and follow during the development process. This allows you to see what gets done, what’s coming up, and what’s currently being worked on. Since we iterate, we will be visiting this process frequently.
Here’s where we start to bring your project to a visual life. You will work with one of our designers to build a visual identity and branding, hash out mockups of key parts, and define the user experience. This will allow us to be a step ahead of the development process, allowing our developers to deliver features that are ready to launch.
Using everything we have gathered, we will go head on at your project. Using the best practices that we have gathered through experience, we will be able to deliver you the highest quality of work. These practices will allow us to stay flexible to meet your needs as they change and grow with the project, and allow us to keep in touch every step of the way.
After you’ve agreed to the final iteration of your project; we will then setup your servers, make sure you are fully familiar with the project, and then go live with it.
