amsmtp模块的安装说明： amsmtp 模块安装前需先在面板安装Postfix与Dovecot模块。 并安装madmin开启mysql的InnoDB引擎支持。 安装完成后点击amsmtp 管理员进入系统添加超级管理员即可。

应该是你之前没开启InnoDB。
到Madmin把amsmtp数据库清空了。 重新进入amsmtp-1.0添加管理员。
