现在国内的网络环境越来越差，墙得越来越凶，迟早国外的网站一个都上不去！

国内：http://git.oschina.net/renhao/renhao/raw/master/amh-4.2/libiconv-1.14.tar.gz
国外：http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/libiconv/libiconv-1.14.tar.gz wget http://git.oschina.net/renhao/renhao/raw/master/amh-4.2/amh-usa.sh 这个。。我替换了国外的包
