自己解决了，弄了一天多，终于，[OK] php-5.2.17 install completed.
方法是 吧自动自带的 aclocal automake cp 成 aclocal-1.9 automake-1.9 然后 yum install re2c 把 /usr/locla/php-5.2目录彻底删除 ./php-5.2.sh 重新安装 OK 大功告成
