debian下安装提示已经安装是最新版本,但还是不能用.
也找不到教程什么的，只能麻烦管理员帮帮我了，先谢了.  点赞，加油！ (0分)

有安装gettext了么?

我apt-get install gettext 提示好像是已安装并是最新版,就这样.
